Sowards Construction

Little gate repair for a very good friend yesterday. Only have one more gate on her property that I haven't had to fix yet if I'd been thinking I should've went ahead and replaced the screws on that one with lag bolts. Unfortunately the people she had build the fence cut some corners looks good and the corners they decided to cut make it so the gates don't really stand up to wind.

Knocked out this shake siding repair yesterday. Have to get some ridge to finish the corner and top under the soffit.
