Wearing my Panic! At the Disco shirt to work helped me connect with a new client today! I used to be worried about revealing bits of myself to clients, even through clothing, but now I know that showing up authentically means showing up as myself, even if it is just by wearing a tshirt. Show up as yourself, no matter what! You’re pretty great. ❤️

Living in a world obsessed with diets is overwhelming and exhausting. Living a “no diet life” is a life of body liberation and listening to your intuition! Let’s ditch diets and live life to the fullest!

Embracing body changes can be extremely difficult, even when we know they’re normal and nothing to be ashamed of. I’ve found that negative inner dialogue focused on my body is an indicator that my younger self is crying out for help and needs compassion. This is my cue to slow down, breathe, and listen to what she needs. It’s okay to slow down and give yourself all the time, compassion, and bigger sizes that you need!
