We are super excited to have announce our first ever collaboration with to host reset day.

DAY - Feb 18,2023 / 1pm-3:30pm / 2424 N Woodlawn Ste.101/ 30$/per person

As a busy business owner , a creative , an ordinary human we are constantly active and working to create a better life for ourselves. I’m midst of all the chaos we tend together the most important thing is to take of our mind, body and soul through self care practices. During RESET DAY you have the opportunity to slow down and unwind, be present and enjoy the flow of the classes surrounded by other beautiful energy leaving relaxed and at peace.

We only have 20 spots available for this event which will include a yoga session , sound bath healing and breath work. Not only will we get to explore the many services for only 30$ we will also have the opportunity to discuss and learn more about the importance of these different type of spiritual and mental practices to incorporate in your day to day routine.
