Yeah… that's complete bulls**t.

Since opening this gym last year, I've worked harder than I ever thought possible. That freedom you hear about has to be earned and it’s far from a linear path.

What caught me off guard on this solopreneur journey? How much time I’d spend doing everything but training. Figuring it out on the fly! I’ve taken Ls, caught some wins, cried, laughed, failed publicly, bounced back, and learned damn near everything the hard way. I’ve made some big moves and felt every emotion possible along the way.

This s**t is not for the faint of heart—but this is exactly what I signed up for. Nothing worth having is easy because it’s not supposed to be.

Training people? That’s the fun part.
Running a business is a whole different type of monster, but I’m built for it. All of it.
