We’ve got some beautiful lamb osso bucco from this weekend! made the set with ricotta, chard, and caramelized onion stuffed tortellone, a kohlrabi cashew puree, blistered turnips, pickled fennel, and bronze fennel fronds. Thanks to for the beautiful spring produce!
