Another one wrapped up with the full Epoxy Depot Flake System featuring:
✔ Moisture V***r Barrier (MVB)
✔ Full flake broadcast
✔ SuperPoly topcoat
For this floor, we used the Obsidian Brindle flake blend from Torginol—but added a little custom twist to it. 💪
We had some leftover 1” flake from a previous customer project, so we blended it into the system to create a unique hybrid look with added texture and movement throughout the floor.

Starting another garage in Eberly Trails, and this slab is extra hard concrete—so it’s time to adjust tactics.
We introduced a little water during grinding to help the diamonds bite better and make the cut the way they’re supposed to. Sometimes the concrete tells you what it needs… and the right prep means knowing when to adapt. 💪
