Life in recovery can be pretty sweet! 🍦 Today our Adolescents Group got out to enjoy ice cream, connect with peers, and practice having fun in a healthy, supportive environment. These moments help build confidence, connection, and lasting recovery. ✨

efore Memorial Day weekend, our Adolescents Peer Mentor Group created “Words to Live By” posters filled with positive reminders, goals, affirmations, and things that inspire them in recovery. 💛✨

Recovery is about learning to change the way we speak to ourselves and the way we view our future. Activities like this encourage self-expression, self-worth, and focusing on the values and mindset they want to carry with them every day.

Sometimes a few simple words can become powerful reminders during difficult moments — reminding us to keep going, stay hopeful, and believe in ourselves. 🌿
