💙 Exposure to blue and white light (like on devices) up 2 hours before bed can make it tough for you to fall and stay asleep.
🤍BUT, during the day, white light exposure can boost your mood and make you feel more alert!
❤️Red light has no effect on your circadian rhythm, so it's a great before-bed option.
💛🧡Orange and yellow light are also a great choice since they have little effect.
Try out a color-changing light or change the color temperature of your nightstand lamps to help you sleep better!
