Guatemala Mission Trip, Day 8
Our final day on the mission trip. We had a leisurely morning at the hotel and then made our way into the airport to begin the journey home. After an extended delay in Atlanta, we are excited to be back in Wichita again.

It's been such an amazing trip and so incredible to see God do so many tremendous things. We will be sharing about our trip on Sunday July 19th. We would love to see you there.

Guatemala Mission Trip, Day 3
What an amazing day of ministry and service! Today the team traveled to a nearby village to help rebuild a portion of a widow's house. The goal was to get it more enclosed so that the rain doesn't come in as much. After loading all the supplies into trucks, we climbed in the back and drove off into the mountains. Once we got as far as we could by truck, we had to carry in the supplies the rest of the way through the corn fields.

This beautiful widow is almost 93 years old, living in a 2 room house with dirt floors and a fire pit on the ground. She and her son were so grateful for the help that was provided and all the work that was done!

Prayer requests
- tomorrow we are getting a tour of the facility here where we are staying, working with maintenance, and then going to dinner with some families in the community. Pray that we will have a productive day

- pray for the widow Guadalupe and for her son who lives nearby.

- pray for continued health and rest for the team!
