As most of you probably know by now, Dr. Crystal, Paul and Sloane are moving to Austin, TX at the end of this month. We want to make sure they are sent off with the most love possible, and we would love for all of you to help play a part in that!

Sunday, September 24th from 3pm-5pm is when you will get you chance to come drop in at the LiveFree Chiroplus office (address is on invitation) and give them some parting wishes and love before they head out to this new adventure! 🤍

About Us
Live Free strives to bring you optimal health by addressing the physical, chemical and emotional aspects of the body to get to the root of the problem and how the body is functioning as a whole—not just the symptom. Our vision is to have our patients LIVE FREE, not dependent.
Dr. Crystal’s passion for health and wellness was evident at a very young age and truly blossomed when her own body abruptly began shutting down in high school. She grew up active and playing sports, dedicated to her running and basketball programs when suddenly, her body could no longer take the stress. After multiple doctors and thousands of dollars of testing, no one could answer a simple question: why? She found a chiropractor specializing in kinesiology and flourished in their care. Various adjustments with proper supplementation and nutrition got her back on track and racing at the collegiate level. Her passion grew deep roots in this experience and propelled her to the Athletic Training program at Kansas Wesleyan University. She attended Logan College of Chiropractic in Missouri and focused on Applied Kinesiology, with an additional 100 hours of acupuncture training, and graduated Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2014.
Dr. Crystal specializes in kinesiology, functional medicine integration and nutrition with her chiropractic roots, approaching each patient as a whole body. She treats patients with chronic disorders, gut and autoimmune diseases, food sensitivities, hormonal imbalance and methylation issues, and much more. She incorporates physical, chemical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the human body in testing and protocols as a family practitioner, including pediatrics.
Hailing from Salina, KS, she moved to Franklin, TN in 2015 to start her practice. She and her husband Paul created Live Free Chiroplus together at the beginning of 2018, merging specialized techniques to offer patients their unique, whole-body, well-rounded approach to health. She is still an avid runner and passionate about health and wellness.
