Mrs. Ann came to our class to make homemade ice cream. She taught us how to make ice cream the old fashioned way. The most important ingredient is TEAMWORK! One person would crank the ice cream while another would sit on the bucket to keep it from moving. We needed some friends to put ice and salt in the bucket. And of course we needed lots of friends to help us eat all the ice cream!!!

For the TOP Northwest Olympic games our classroom chose to represent Canada. Canada consumes more Macaroni and Cheese than any other country. The children worked together to make the Macaroni and Cheese. A few of the children measured out water, others added the cheese sauce, and some stirred the pasta. When it was finished everyone helped eat it!
