Fortunate to train the staff at CCA-Central Christian Academy-Wichita yesterday morning. We discussed 5 Big Ideas in trauma informed care, while learning the Meaningful Change Process. What an incredibly loving staff so open to new ideas and truly compassionate and resilient models of care. They ended the session with some "Selfie Karaoke." Check out these voices. Their selfies are saved on their phones and they're challenged to go back and watch them on the hard days when their nervous systems are in need of a steady, patterned, rhythmic break.
