Steve McNeil is a former Technical Project Manager with IBM, where he led the Full-Service Property Management System Development Team. Since joining CMD in January 2022, Steve has brought valuable industry insight and real-world leadership experience to participants looking to hone their professional and project management skills.

Despite spending over 25 years working for Marriott, most of Steve’s vacations were spent in a tent.
