Seniors, apply for scholarships! Every little bit helps, and BEST students are in a very good position to compete for every STEM related one.
Are you studying (or planning to study) a career in space exploration, rocketry, astronomy, robotics or a related STEM field at a Kansas institution? The Ad Astra Kansas Foundation is here for you!
Here’s what’s available for the 2026-2027 Academic Year:
$1,000 for a graduate student
$1,000 for a full-time undergraduate (beyond freshman year)
$500 for an incoming freshman
✔ Must be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a Kansas college, university or vocational-technical school.
✔ Submit your application by March 1, 2026.
✔ Expect to upload a one-page essay (experience/project), a one-page essay (career goals), a CV/resume, transcripts and (if under 18) a guardian consent form.
