We are a large Landscape/ Irrigation/ Nursery/ turf producer & more. We are looking for an assistant to handle job scheduling, irrigation permitting, inventory control, coordinate landscape deliveries and pick ups, Monitor our landscape and nursery fleet, time for payroll, job sheet processing for billing, Front desk work, phones, filing and social media.
Do you have any experience with the office side of irrigation installation and permitting?
Most important is do you have experience working with Google programs? Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets?
This would be a full time 40 hour a week commitment, onsite at our Willow Spring Office. We are in Wake county. We are starting out this position at an hourly rate based on experience and qualifications. After 30 days we will reevaluate your consistency and productivity. At that time if it is working out for all, it would be an opportunity for additional pay and benefits. Only serious inquiries.

Experience is a plus but not required. We work Monday-Friday with the occasional weekend if needed due to weather.
