Come with us on a sonic voyage of healing and renewal!
The heart of our sessions is a harmony of frosted crystal, Buddhist temple, Tibetan, and aluminum singing bowls. We accentuate the bowls with various soothing sound healing instruments like the water-inspired ocean drum and rain stick. We also incorporate conscious backing music with binaural beats and lyrics of intention and affirmation taking you on a journey of sound and self-discovery.

Participants will be laying down on the floor. Items such as mats and cushions will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own belongings of comfort. Dress comfy!
*Chairs are available for those who wish to sit during the sound bath
