Who is ready to carb load? I’m finally in the bread making business after the fiasco of having to replace the heating element in our oven just as I was about to start this portion of my shop.
Currently I will make dinner rolls, dinner loaf (very similar to the rolls), rosemary focaccia, baguettes, sandwich loaf and Jewish Egg bread.
Once I have a chance to experiment with freezing dough, I plan to offer frozen rolls as well.
