Luminous Transformations

This hasn’t always been easy. In fact at one point it was the hardest thing in the world for me. But as I’ve grown, learned new things daily, and have done the healing work around the traumas of the past, I started to look for something – anything that brought me joy. They’re usually simple things like beautiful flowers, fresh coffee and puppy snuggles.

And once I could find one thing each day that brought me joy, it became easier and easier and I found more and more to be joyful about. ✨

Now - I love to spread that joy and touch the lives of others in meaningful ways.
