Winchester Victim Witness Program

Today we presented certificates of appreciation to three individuals who help us with the financial end of our program.

We are a granted funded program and without the help of Mary Blowe, Celeste Broadstreet and Jen Goss, we would find filing our grant renewal application and making sure everything is paid properly cumbersome.

We want to thank you for helping us! This help allows us to focus on the services we provide to the victims and witnesses!

This week is National Victims Right’s week! Our office wanted to take this week to celebrate some of the people and organizations we work with that help us to be able to do the work we do.

Today we presented Jennifer Rodriguez and Carlos Cervetti with certificates of appreciation. They are our courthouse interpreters and without them we would not be able to communicate effectively with a large portion of our victims and witnesses!

We are so proud to announce that Destiny Twyman, our VW Assistant, was announced as February 2026 Employee of the month for the City of Wi******er!! Destiny thank you for all of the hard work you do on behalf of the victims in the City of Wi******er!

Due to the weather and temperatures our office is closed Tuesday January 27, 2026.

Due to the impending inclement weather the Wi******er Victim Witness Program and the Wi******er Commonwealth's Attorney's Offices will be closed on Monday January 26, 2026.
