The VA silently changed their rules for disability ratings to include that if your disability is improved with medication the rating will be reduced. Meaning disabilities such as PTSD and MST that are MANAGED with prescriptions can be reduced simply because a medication was introduced.

Public comments are open now and will close in April, but the rule is already in effect!
