The fees to rent this home:
Rent $1000.00 Per month,12-month lease minimum.
A security deposit that will be held until after you move out. Moreover, subject to inspections move in/out; any damages will be taken from the SD first.
The Security Deposit usually starts at $1500.00. That is if you have a good credit history, good rental history, no criminal history, and sufficient income. However, it may be more if your history is weak.
Renters insurance at $16.50 per month to include a small admin fee
Pet fee: $100 additional Security deposit and if pets are allowed it is $25.00 per month per pet added to the rent.
Inspection fee moves in/out $100.00 with this fee you get a guarantee. If the move in and move out inspections are identical. ( you have looked after the home, and it is in at least as good a condition on the move out as it was on the move in). Then you are guaranteed a full security deposit refund.
Lease preparation by attorney fees $60.00
If you are accepted as a tenant, you will receive a link from our software inviting you to join. This is where you enter any maintenance requests you may have. You also find a copy of your lease the inspections and any other relevant documentation that you may need. You will also pay the rent this way through the online system. You can access this 24/7 from anywhere with internet access.
