Not entirely sure what day of the week it is anymore but in the limbo we exist in there are plenty of delicious breakfast pastries, pies and iced blueberry lattes.

And it’s thankfully not humid and oppressive outside or inside the bakery for that matter.

We’re here until 2 and we baked you a lot of delicious things, come see us!

No matter which way you slice it, you can’t go wrong with pie and cake this holiday weekend. But maybe also get some potato rolls and berry danishes just to be safe.

A huge shout out to our baker team Kim Retus snowden and Bobby Mullen for braving these conditions to make sure we get you all the best and most delicious products we can. We love what we do but this humidity and heat is extremely challenging for lamination and naturally leavened bread. So please be even more impressed with what they’ve been able to accomplish for you all today 🤩

We’re starting the holiday weekend marathon off right today with whole pies and slices, a triple chocolate cake and potato buns in addition to our usual of breakfast pastries and bread.

We are open regular business hours this week, Thurs-Sun 7-2.

We’ll have some specials and have been busy prepping for you all.

Pies will be available Thurs-Sun and will be a blueberry rhubarb crumble and strawberry key lime. Slices and whole pies available!

We’ll have potato buns Friday and our usual full counter of sweet and savory things all week. And don’t forget a loaf of sourdough bread!

We will be pausing sandwiches this weekend so we can focus on other things like cannoli croissants and strawberry chiffon cake slices 😎

We do anticipate being busy and suggest arriving before 10 am for the best selection.

The asparagus danish and olive oil strawberry rhubarb cake slices won’t be around for much longer. We’ve got a cannoli croissant available at 9, strawberry danishes until they run out, plenty of gorgeous sourdough bread and sandwiches at 11!

We’ve got a full counter with cake and pie slices, strawberry danishes and ham and cheese croissants, and plenty of bread today!

While we’ve got many delightful things on the counter today, it feels like we should highlight our bread offerings.

Our sourdough bread is a mixture of wheat and rye flour slowly fermented over 24 hours to give it flavor and texture. Perfect for slicing and enjoying with butter or an avocado or turned into a turkey sandwich. We have three sourdough loaves to choose from today: olive, seeded or country.

We’re also selling our sourdough bread as croutons now, seasoned with olive oil, garlic and herbs, these are a perfect addition to any salad or as the star in a panzanella (there were some tomatoes at the farmer’s market this week👀).

AND we have challah today, perfect for accompanying your Friday dinners, sliced and made into chicken salad sandwiches for the beach OR turned into French toast for your weekend breakfast!

We also have cake and pie and strawberry danishes and sausage rolls and green garlic mushroom quiche and, ok, you get it.
