Roasted Garlic & Rosemary is my most requested loaf.
It is slow-fermented for deep, tangy flavor and baked to a golden, crackly crust. Whole cloves of roasted garlic melt into the crumb, creating a rich, mellow sweetness, while fresh rosemary adds an aromatic, savory finish. It’s the perfect loaf for dipping in olive oil, pairing with soups, or turning into the most unforgettable grilled cheese.
