Impromptu balcony handrail. Picketts were shot, one 4x4 needed full replacement, years of rot. Demoed and rebuilt. Recycled some of the original lumber that was still solid. Every cut was treated. Caulked, flashed, primed with two final coats of semi gloss. Matte black framing with matte black hog wire center screen.

What started as a full remodel for this shower, turned in to something much MUCH more! Years of leaking. Years of spreading in the exterior wall. So yes, we did in fact demo this entire wall!

Client turned friend. From shambles to a beautiful closed in garden oasis. 4x4 were in good condition, treated them for longevity and brand new lattice with working gates!
