AETHER= is an invitation to receive.

This offering is for the nervous system, for the body that has been holding, bracing, or staying strong for too long.

In candlelight, we slow everything down + allow support to move in. No effort. No striving. Just space.

Through Yin yoga, Reiki, adjustments, aromatherapy, + sound healing, we work with Aether as the unseen element + the field that holds everything together.

The pause between breaths.
The place where balance returns without force.
This is a practice of softness.
Of letting yourself be tended to.
Of remembering that rest is not passive + is restorative, intelligent, + necessary.

We are living through a time of collective upheaval. Violence, grief, fear, anger, + uncertainty are moving through our bodies whether we name them or not.

This is not a moment to look away. It is a moment to come closer. To ourselves. To one another.

This Women’s Healing Circle is a grounded, intentional space to be with what is here. To slow the nervous system, breathe, feel what is true, + remember we are not meant to process this world alone.

There is no fixing.
No forcing light.
No expectation to be okay.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, powerless, or quietly holding more than you know how to carry, you are welcome here. Each offering is held with care, consent, + reverence for the heaviness at play in our world today.
