How about you? What do you eat for?
Entertainment ?
Numbing?
Reward?
Fulfillment?
Comfort?
Trust me, I get it ….but when eating for things food can’t fulfill….well then where does it stop?
When will you be numb enough, happy enough, comforted enough…by food? Never, because it tends to come with a heaping surging of guilt, remorse, lethargy, fatigue, and joint pain.
