Watching Republican debate. DeSante is a baffoon. Spewing lies constantly. Pence is rediculously religious. Apparently he doesn't understand the separation of church and state. They have one woman. She's meh. Some half points. There is a black dude. He's ok, but nothing 2 write home about. There is a some Ram swami guy. I didn't catch his name. That's what they call him. He seems 2 be leading the pack in the group. There are a couple more white dudes. The Dakota guy has eye brows that are memorizing. Another white guy from AK. Snoozer. Then Chris Christi. He is making some head way. Now tjey are talking about Trump. At least Christi had the balls 2 call out Trump. Much respect. Ramswami is Trump supporter. Boo. Now they are going 2 Pence. Black guy's name is Scott. He is anti Jan 6th. Good. However he is agaist the DOJ. DeSante is nuts and a lier. Pence is asking if everyone feels he upheld the constitution. AK believes Trump should be disqualified 2 run. I agree. Christi supports Pence on Jan 6th. Now they are talking about pardoning Trump. Now Pence is talking about Trump. He skirted it. Disappointing but predictable. Now back 2 the monkey show. China, Ukraine, the military, police force, abortion, oh my. Crazy canidates in this debate.

Kathy has completed her internship. So we bid her farewell and wish her luck. She still has another internship and a year of studies to go. I'm sure she will do a great job in her next internship.

This year I have decided to take on a Summer intern. So, Eric will be joining me this Summer in the Evenings. He is an Advanced Social Work Intern, which means this is his second internship. His first internship was at Serenity House in Addison. Which mean he has a background with Addictions Services and Cooccurring Disorded clients. He starts with me on May 5th.

On the Rox Counseling is currently working primarily on Telehealth and phone services, no in person services, due to the Covid-19 situation. We are following all Federal and State guidlines on that issue as we recieve them and taking precausions for both the clients and the staff's physical health during this unpresidented time in history. We apologise for any inconvience that it provides our clientel or future clientel. However, safety for everyone is our number one priority. Kathy the intern is doing great. She has been with me for 6-8 weeks now and is working out fine.

Oversee, supervise and develop contractors and interns. Develop programs for On the Rox Counseling. Act as professional face of On the Rox Counseling. Attend community meetings to promote agency and causes. Execute marketing plan. Engage in hiring and firing process, as well as , all other forms of Human Resources for On the Rox Counseling. Develop training plan for intern and contractors. Keep a balanced payroll. Supervise billing. Other duties as assigned.
