Sorry, friends and family who come to visit us: We may have said one of these before going on a hike 🤣

I’ll be enjoying my “cool girl summer” with some of my favorite cooling herbs. My absolute go-to is making a lemonade with hibiscus, lemon balm, tulsi & lavender. If I’m feeling extra I’ll make a mock-tail with it & add in my favorite sparking water. It’s so damn delicious! Some of my other favorite cooling herbs are lemon verbena, marshmallow root, chickweed, lemongrass, rose & nettle. Do you have a favorite herbal summer drink?
