AFP LEAD Blackbaud Development Fund Diversity Scholarship

Through a partnership with Blackbaud, the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy offers scholarships for the full conference registration fee for ICON and LEAD.

Scholarship candidates must identify as a member of a marginalized community and have at least 1 year of experience as a fundraising professional.
Only those who have never attended AFP LEAD can apply.
As a Blackbaud Diversity Scholar, you must consent to providing a testimonial to the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy about the impact of receiving the scholarship and agree that your name will be listed as a Blackbaud Scholar and shared with Blackbaud.
The application is open from June 1, 2026 - July 17, 2026 at 11:45 p.m. ET.
