PEAK Performance Swim Camp is coming to Central Florida October 10–11 for a 2-day Start, Stroke & Turn Camp at the National Training Center in Clermont.

Designed for competitive swimmers ages 8–18, this weekend focuses on the details that can make a real difference in racing — faster starts, quicker turns, more efficient strokes, reaction time, power off the blocks, body position, pulling, kicking, breathing and timing. Swimmers also receive personalized feedback and 1-on-1 guidance from PEAK coaches.
