I’m back guys! Life has been crazy and thrown me a curve ball! As you guys might have seen I have changed our location to Wisconsin Dells! We have officially moved into the Dells and adjusting to life out here! I’m thinking of relaunching and starting with cookies! It’s the holidays and everyone loves cookies so why not!

I’ll also be learning how to ship my baked goods also, for my out of town friends and family! Unless I’m back in IL (which I will be for the boys!) and I can just bring them to you if I’ll be in town. 💕

Just a peek into my culinary school adventures! Today was a Baba Au Rhum, with a soaking syrup (I made mine flavored cinnamon), with cinnamon apples, crème chantilly, and caramel sauce. 💕

Hi everyone!! I wanted to introduce myself! I’m Aly! Im a mom of 3 boys, and am currently in culinary school and will graduate with my diploma in pastry arts in March 2024.

I started this to get a head start on my client base, for during school and after I graduate as well! My main focus is cakes, cupcakes, cookies, but I also do tarts, pies and more!!
