Congratulations to our Service Employee of the Month Karen Bajana! Karen is extremely dedicated to the Wilderness and provides customer service second to none. She is a supervisor of Take Flight, Aquavia and DOA Room Escape commonly works at various other Attractions as needed. You can find Karen with a smile on her face and positive attitude no matter where she is working! Way to go, Karen!

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month Kevin Flores! Over his nearly four years with us, Kevin has demonstrated exceptional hospitality to both guests and team members. He is proactive in offering assistance and maintains open communication channels, readily speaking in both English and Spanish to support those in need. Kevin sets high personal standards and consistently encourages his team to strive for excellence. We are grateful to have him on our team and are pleased to nominate him for February recognition. Bravo, Kevin!

Congratulations to Sandy Brandt our Service Employee of the Month! Sandy has been with the company for nearly three years. She has provided significant support to the Transportation Department, particularly during recent transitions. As a shuttle dispatcher, she has adjusted her hours during the off-season but remains available to work additional hours on days she does not typically work. Sandy has assisted with driving shuttles across both shifts and has helped cover weekend dispatch duties as needed. Her positive attitude contributes to a pleasant work environment for her colleagues.

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month and Employee of the Quarter John Hoffman! John demonstrates exceptional politeness in all guest interactions, willingly takes on additional shifts when necessary, and manages staffing shortages with professionalism and without complaint. Overall, he performs his role admirably and maintains a positive attitude. Thank you, John, for your dedicated efforts.

Congratulations to our Service Employee of the Month Karen Cango Mora! Karen joined the Special Events team in March of 2025, demonstrating her reliability, independence, and continuous eagerness to acquire new knowledge. These are not only some of her finest qualities, but she also demonstrates warmth and kindness to every guide and guest who comes to our Wild Kids Club, which is one of the many reasons we appointed her as a Special Events lead in September. Karen can be found in our Wild Kids Club, wearing a cheerful sweater and a big smile, dancing around to ensure everyone is laughing and happy. Thank you Karen for making our days so much brighter!
