Winbro Flow Grinding

Small, growing manufacturing company seeks individual for immediate hire with interest in Product manufacturing and mixing of our abrasive polishing compounds and materials, plus other related tasks including operating abrasive finishing machines. Experience with product blending or as a machine operator helpful, but not required. Compensation is $20.00 - $22.00 plus benefits. Opportunity for growth and advancement as company grows.

Principal Responsibilities
*Make and blend abrasive polishing compounds
*Operate machinery in job shop for production runs of customer parts
*Follow documented procedures and processes
*General up-keep of the operations areas
*Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements
*High school diploma / GED
*Must be organized and systematic
*Clear verbal and written communication abilities
*Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds
