Heli Ex 2025 is a Pre-Reg Only Event

Hey Guys, if you're planning on attending Heli Extravaganza this year you MUST register online by Monday, August 25 at midnight. (The event starts Thursday) This lets us have your pilot packs, meal tickets, camping passes, everything all ready for you when you check in. But what if you register and pay and then something comes up and you can't attend. Simple: email [email protected] by midnight, Wednesday the 27th and we'll refund 100% of your payment(s). It really doesn't get any better than that.

OK, but what if you don't register online and just show up. Well, we won't have meals available for you but we will have a special wardrobe item. We'll have plenty of those. :)
