Wow! what a blessing these last few months have been.
The amount of interest in our homegrown beef has truly blown us away. We officially have a wait list and are running about a month to a month and a half out.

This has always been a steady little side income for our family, but seeing it grow the way it has means more to us than you know. I hate that our turnaround isn’t as quick as I’d like but I’m so grateful for every single person who’s trusted us to fill their freezer.

If you’re on the fence, we WILL have more beef available it just may take a bit longer right now. And if you need something sooner, I’m more than happy to point you toward a few other amazing local families raising great beef too.
