🚨 July Schedule Change: Our Worcester District Court outreach session will take place on Thursday, July 9th instead of the first Thursday of the month.
Please note that our July Advocacy Project outreach session at Worcester District Court has been rescheduled. Because the first Thursday of the month falls just before the observed Independence Day holiday, we will be tabling on Thursday, July 9th, from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM instead of our usual first Thursday date.
The Advocacy Project partners with the Worcester Family and Probate Court Clerk’s Office to connect with community members, attorneys, and service providers on the second floor of the courthouse. During these sessions, we share information about Safe Exit Initiative programs and available legal resources.

⚖️ About The Advocacy Project
The Advocacy Project is Safe Exit Initiative’s legal services program. We provide free legal consultations for individuals impacted by the s*x trade, helping identify legal needs and connect Survivors with community legal resources and pro bono partners. In limited circumstances, we can also provide representation for Survivors seeking criminal record relief under the Massachusetts Vacatur Statute.
Please help us spread the word by sharing this updated schedule!

✨ Last Thursday, April 30th, we gathered at The White Room in Worcester for After the Exit: An Immersive Exhibit on Life After Exploitation. It was an evening designed to challenge assumptions, deepen understanding, and raise funds to support survivors through SEI programs and services.
Through an interactive, game-style exhibit inspired by the lived experiences of SEI participants, attendees stepped into the journeys of four survivors navigating the barriers that often make exiting, and staying exited from, exploitation so difficult.
More than a fundraiser, After the Exit created space for reflection, education, and community. Guests heard reflections on Safe Exit Initiative’s impact in 2025 and priorities for 2026, participated in a Fund the Need challenge supporting survivor services, and learned more about the launch and early impact of Harbor Baltimore.
We are sincerely grateful to everyone who joined us for the event, and want to give a special thank you to those who contributed during our Fund the Need challenge.
Thank you also to our incredible sponsors: The Jensen Project, Justice Resource Institute, My Life My Choice, Perpetual Brands, New England Recovery Center, Sisters of St. Joseph Springfield, Webster Five Savings Bank, Cornerstone Bank, YWCA Central Massachusetts, Dream Big Wealth Strategies, The O’Connell House, Savers Bank, Pathways for Change, Rat's Nest, Ross Felty Real Estate Law Firm, Citrin Cooperman, and Mirick Law.
