Your Ride Inc. – Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
We’re looking for a reliable, organized Part-Time Dispatcher to help coordinate our transportation team.
Responsibilities include:
• Assigning next-day trips to drivers
• Sending out schedules and confirming driver acceptance
• Morning check-ins to ensure drivers are active and on time
• Filling in gaps with backup/float drivers when needed
• Communicating with drivers and the office throughout the day
• Helping keep trips on schedule and updating any changes
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and calm
• Basic computer skills
• Dispatch or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
