Helping Seniors Manage Stress

Chronic stress can cause the body and the mind to become weak. If you notice your loved ones get stressed easily help them manage by identifying stress factors and helping them stay away from them.

Caring for someone with dementia can be tough. Always remember that you have to be patient because what they’re going through is also very difficult. To help make things easier, make sure to set up a schedule with them. Making a schedule will help them develop a routine that they can easily follow. Also, make sure, they also get to participate in making decisions for their lives. Even with their condition, they still deserve to control their life.

Juneteenth National Independence Day

Because all lives matter, we remember the declaration on June 19, 1865, to our brothers and sister in the African - American community. Those who lived in Galveston, Texas were first given the freedom they deserved.
