Hello friends! My name is Brittany Morgan. I'm a mom of three beautiful girls, a running coach, certified boot camp trainer, and lover of all things fitness.

Think about a given day in your life. Now imagine your day from 7am-5pm.
How many things occur that you have control of in those 10 hours? Think hard about your routine.
Making coffee , driving to work, what happens at work, who calls out, who’s in a bad mood, who’s driving the same highway as you.
Now imagine all the things that stress you out daily. Out of the things/instances that stress you, imagine what is in YOUR control.
Can you control what others say to you?
No.
What can you control?
How you react /respond.
Can you control what others think of you?
No.
What can you control?
How you react /respond.
There is SOOO little we have actual control of on any given day. I challenge you next time you’re upset about something or feeling the need to dwell, first ask yourself, can I control this?
If not. Move on and move forward.

Coaches corner.
What’s your passion /purpose ?
Passion is defined as a strong liking or desire for or devotion to some activity, object, or concept.
Purpose is defined as an abiding intention to achieve a long-term goal that's both personally meaningful and makes a positive mark on the world.
Do you have a hard time often trying to find your passion? Or have you lost a passion you once had? Maybe , just maybe the goal shouldn’t be to find your passion or purpose but rather first identify what it is not.
If you have a passion to not hurt people or cause more pain in this world work to discover ways to avoid. If you have a passion to build people up and lead others, then work to find out how they learn, how they grow and most importantly where they are.
Often times we do the same things over and over again and can’t figure out why the outcome is not what we want. We have to be able to flex not only our minds but our intentions.

It’s a new month friends
The humidity is gone. Most of the mosquitos have found their lives elsewhere and we can start fresh.
I’d like to challenge you this month to adding something each day , something that will won’t take long , maybe 1 minute , to jumpstart and shake up your body. Get the heart moving.
Each morning look for my 1 minute challenge.
I like to view October as preparation month , preparing for holidays. The 31 days will go quicker than you would like . Enjoy them.
