Introducing Katie O’Brien (25), one of our fantastic London Rose Finalists.

Originally from County Cork, Katie now lives in Clapham in London, bringing her Irish roots with her as she builds her life in the city.

Katie is a proud UCC graduate, having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, followed by an MSc in Food Business and Innovation, showing her interest in how business and innovation can shape the world around us. She also brings a great sense of fun to the group, with a random fact that always gets people talking: Katie turned 10 on 10/10/2010, and her best friend shares the exact same birthday, with both of them born in the very same hospital.

Katie is also someone who sets goals and follows through, and she recently ran the Victoria Park 10k earlier this year, with a half marathon firmly on her list for the year ahead. That mix of drive, warmth, and ambition is exactly what the London Rose journey celebrates.
