FREE ELECTRONICS AND COMPUTER RECYCLING! (9/27) - Have a bunch of electronics (i.e. old computers) that you'd like to get rid of? This weekend is a great opportunity to get it done for free and in an environmentally responsible way. (Does not cover old CRT displays such as Monitors). IMPORTANT: If you are recycling computers make sure you remove then retain or destroy the hard drive if it contains any sensitive or potentially damaging information. While it is unlikely you would have an issue, you're better safe than sorry. Some people retain their old hard drives (they're a lot smaller than the entire computer) or have them commercially shredded (nothing survives that).
