Cooper’s Farm is only 3/4 miles from home. So I walked up there this morning to buy a gallon of chocolate milk.It’s nice out and it only took 15 minutes to get there.On the way back, I trespassed through someone’s yard that had an old clothes line so I could do a quick set of Pull Ups.

Here is the introduction of a free tutorial video series on working out.

This video explains how I design programs for upper body exercises.

I don’t think in terms of training arms and legs or body parts.

I divide upper body strength training into 4 categories, based on the fact that we push and pull both horizontally and vertically.

Subsequent videos will provide examples of exercises for:

1. Horizontal Push
2. Vertical Push
3. Horizontal Pull
4. Vertical Pull
