Throughout her career, she has built and led high-performing teams, helped transform underperforming organizations into top producers, and overseen multi-million-dollar revenue operations with a strong focus on accountability, mentorship, customer experience, and integrity.

Most recently, Michelle served in leadership roles with Radio Systems Corporation and The Canine Company, where she helped lead regional sales growth, team development, operational improvements, and strategic expansion initiatives.

What stood out to us most was not just Michelle’s leadership experience and results-driven mindset, but her passion for people, honest communication, and building strong relationships — values that align perfectly with our culture at Miller Real Estate Group.
