I turned 50 quietly.
No party, no big announcement
Just a soft decision to honor this season with presence.
I took time to see myself.
To dress in something nice and unusual for me.
The occasion called for something out of my normal vibe.
It was a self invitation and full permission.
To stand before my own lens
and witness the woman I’ve become.
Not perfect.
Not finished.
But present.
Rooted.
Becoming.
This was not about looking beautiful.
It was about feeling whole.
About gently letting go of what no longer fits
and allowing myself to grow beyond it.
It has been an interesting road
I have been learning new ways of living
Now celebrated fully.
I share this, not to show off,
