Worcester Dance

We have another burlesque workshop coming your way this month! is bringing a welcoming, beginner-friendly exploration of confidence, sensuality, and self-expression. Designed for all bodies and experience levels, this class introduces the foundations of burlesque through movement, musicality, and playful tease.

Students will learn essential burlesque techniques including walking with intention, posing, glove peels, beginner reveals, personality development, choreography, musicality, and stage presence. Beyond choreography, this series encourages students to connect with their individuality, build confidence, and discover their unique style of tease in a supportive, inclusive environment.

What to bring:
Gloves, heels (optional), and a button-up or zip-up top—or anything you feel comfortable taking off as we explore the art of tease.

Led by a strip club pro, this class mixes real-world lap dance skills with humor, connection, and just the right amount of tease. Both partners will have the chance to dance, because switching roles, hyping each other up, and exploring what feels good together is half the fun. We’ll play with musicality, deliciously slow pacing, lingering eye contact, and silky transitions, and a tiny bit of weight sharing technique. You’ll leave with a repeatable lap dance sequence, insider tips from the club, and some very fun new ways to connect with yourself and anyone lucky enough to get a dance from you.

4/13: Filthy Floor
All levels st******se! Come get on the floor with us. We promise it’ll be worth it. This class is not about perfect choreography or knowing what you’re doing when you walk in. It’s about giving yourself full permission to be filthy and feral in whatever way feels good for your body.

4/27: Stretch & Swear
A mobility class for the stiff, the skeptical, and the chronically over it. We’ll move through accessible stretches and mobility work at a pace that doesn’t suck, with zero expectation that you’ll enjoy it and zero judgment if you don’t. We modify everything, curse like sailors, and will only push you if you’re into that sort of thing. Dignity fully optional. Show up tight and grumpy. Swear through it. Leave feeling slightly more human and weirdly proud of yourself.

is bringing Baddie Choreo to Worcester Dance!

Her workshops focus on learning a 50-60 sec intro/beginner friendly, s*xy & fun choreo with or without heels. Her goal is to have you leaving more confident than when you started, feeling more in tune with your body's s*x appeal, and with a better appreciation for what your body can do.

She is a q***r, plus size, POC who is here to show others that your size, shape, age, or dance background or lack thereof shouldn't stop you from showing up, showing out, owning the dancefloor, and having the time of your life.
