Welcome to the page for PowerFit Studio! i am a sole business owner that specializes in Personal Training, Group Training, and Group Fitness.
Unfortunately PowerFit Studio has been ordered to close for business until further notice. Hopefully for only the next couple weeks..
I am offering At-Home Workout plans to my clients and to ANYONE interested. You will receive 3-4 at home workouts (30-60mins) suited to your goals/restrictions/available equipment,etc.
I will be charging $10 per WEEK of workouts (3-4 typed workouts). You are welcome to buy one weeks worth and repeat those as needed or continue payment as the weeks go on.
