Shout out to Melissa aka Honey 🍯 who recently celebrated her one year Trainerversary with us.

She says it’s “one plus seven” since she started with us in 2017, but recently took a couple years off and came back.

She works hard, stays consistent, and has great genetics so despite some of the hormonal challenges ladies encounter as they age; she still looks like she drinks from the fountain of youth.

Shout out to Tom who celebrated 4 years of training with us late last month.

He always shows up with a chill attitude, cracking jokes and giving people a hard time. We called it “Tom Foolery.”

Every day isn’t great as he battles through discomfort from a knee replacement he got over a year ago, as well as back issues.

Even though he’s limited, he still shows up and puts in the work
