📢 Community Meals Update 📢

First, thank you. Because of your support, donations, encouragement, and willingness to look out for one another, Community Meals continues to grow and help more people every week.

As the program has expanded, we’ve taken a look at how we can keep it sustainable for the long haul. To help take a little pressure off our kitchen during the busy summer season—and while we’re actively looking for additional cooks—we’ll be making a small adjustment to our meal preparation schedule.

🍽️ Beginning immediately, we will prepare Community Meals on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in larger quantities.

We expect this change to help our team continue providing meals while maintaining the quality and consistency you’ve come to expect.

❤️ There are a couple of added benefits:

• These larger prep days create opportunities for volunteers who would like to lend a hand.
• We suspect there will still be meals available on many of the “off” days.
• Our new cooler gives us much more space, so we’ll be keeping it stocked with refrigerated grocery items whenever possible, helping us provide additional support beyond prepared meals.

Our mission hasn’t changed: If one eats, we all eat. We’re simply making a few adjustments to ensure this program remains strong, sustainable, and able to serve our community for years to come.
