A little about 438 Design Co. My name is Jenn and I’m from Yankton, SD. I have always been a creative soul so to speak, growing up we always gardened, my mom showed home interiors when i was a little kid, so it just comes natural. My mom also ran a local flowershop and I would go there alot. The hot glue pan was my favorite “toy”! I’m pretty sure I gave my mom a mild heart attack daily!
When I was in college I got a job in a flower shop. I’m pretty sure it took me 6 months to learn how to make a bow!! Everyone would always laugh at me! I learned how to design flowers, make displays, ect. I absolutely loved it! Every summer I would come home and help my mom run her greenhouse. 30 days of pure exhaustion! All the colors, and beauty made it worth it.
Fast forward.....out of college I started selling insurance. It’s something that I am truly passionate about, however I would always still have that creative side wanting to come out! I would make my own displays and decor at home. Then I got a vinyl cutter.........that is where everything went a little hay wire! haha.. I decided I’m pretty good at this!! I enjoy creating new designs and sharing them, so I figured “why not”! Here we are today!!
