So excited to see another middle school adding an Agriculture program in York County! 🍀🍀

Welcome Ms. Sheppard! We are excited to have you!

Ms. Cassie Jo Sheppard is eager to join the Falcon family and bring her expertise to Sullivan Middle School. She holds a degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). Her teaching strength is in creating hands-on, engaging lessons that keep students actively involved. This year, she is excited to launch the agriculture program at Sullivan Middle School, where students will explore various aspects of agriculture, from plants and animals to leadership skills and real-world experiences. Additionally, she is enthusiastic about establishing an FFA chapter and looks forward to students participating and helping to create something remarkable. When she's not in the classroom, Ms. Sheppard enjoys crocheting, tending to her garden, or getting lost in a good book.

Tonight at the South Carolina 4-H Awards Banquet, Kolby Allen received the highest and most prestigious honor in South Carolina 4-H—the Presidential Award!

We couldn’t be more proud of his hard work, dedication, and commitment to the 4-H program. His leadership and passion have truly set him apart, and this incredible recognition is well deserved.

Congratulations, Kolby! Your York County 4-H family is proud of you, and we can’t wait to see all that you’ll accomplish next! 💚🍀
